HIIT Workout: Burn 400 Calories in Just 20 Minutes

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has revolutionized the fitness world with its ability to deliver maximum results in minimum time. This 20-minute workout is specifically designed to help you burn approximately 400 calories while improving your cardiovascular health and boosting your metabolism.

Why HIIT Works

HIIT alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or complete rest. This approach keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time compared to steady-state cardio exercises.

The Workout

Complete each exercise at maximum effort for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Repeat the entire circuit 4 times for a total of 20 minutes.

Workout Plan

  • Jump Squats: 40 seconds
  • Push-ups: 40 seconds
  • Burpees: 40 seconds
  • Mountain Climbers: 40 seconds
  • High Knees: 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds between each exercise. Complete 4 rounds.

I'm doing it 3 times a week with rest days in between. It's intense but totally worth it!
